Eenhoorn, a Grand Rapids based real estate investment and property management company, has proven that a West Michigan approach to business and values is welcome in places like Miami Beach. Eenhoorn acquired another four garden-level apartment communities, with 80 units, making it one of Miami Beach’s largest property management companies. The new acquisition brings Eenhoorn’s area building count to 14.
